SILENT HILL: Townfall Part 3: The Patient Walkthrough

What does Part 3 cover?

Part 3 (The Patient) spans Chapters 7 (Zoe The Patient) and 8 (Many Into One), set inside St. Amelia Medical Center. Zoe answers Dr. Glenn’s vitals questions, runs the imaging and medicine chains, and the ward changes around her partway through. The individual puzzles are published on their own pages — this walkthrough ties the whole part together and is still a draft while its chapter-level route gets a second source.

What is the critical path?

1. Vitals — answer Dr. Glenn’s questions at the start of the surgery sequence.
2. X-Ray imaging — align the camera, then set the skull scan (kV 3 / mA 7 / Time 1) and chest scan (kV 7 / mA 3 / Time 1.2); hang both films in surgery. Full steps: X-Ray puzzle.
3. Three medicines — Tensobromide (pharmacy area), Dextracyclate (Chapman Ward bay machine), Hydroxalene (the Records Room cabinet).
4. Infusion pumps — set rates 8 / 15 / 7 (Tensobromide / Dextracyclate / Hydroxalene), ready all three, start at the bedside monitor. Full steps: infusion puzzle.
5. The ward changes — the center takes its “Different” form; the route threads past the vent shortcut and the Ward S / Ward P split.
6. Blood bags — Alan Duncan, Sarah Watson, Lesley Greer, Matthew Clark and George McEwan; two bags power open the S.W. and D.P. doors, then the wall placement and O-type line routing finish the segment (being double-sourced — see the blood transfusion draft note in the pending queue).

What can be missed here?

The changed ward holds resource containers and documents that cannot be revisited once the part ends — sweep side rooms before each door progression, and keep rotating phone saves.
