What is the pharmacy locker code?

6539. The blue locker stands in the back office of the St. Amelia Pharmacy, behind the front counter. Both of our sources report the same four digits, read from posters that only appear after you align a CRTV signal.

How do you unlock the pharmacy door?

You need the Scalpel before the pharmacy can be entered at all:

1. Pick up the Scalpel in Zoe Ellis’s room at the Shorefront Family Clinic — it sits in a green box next to her computer.
2. Bring it to the pharmacy’s south-side entrance and cut the door seal.

How do the four poster clues give 6-5-3-9?

The digits are not written anywhere as a number. In the back room, tune the CRTV until the signal locks (adjust the tilt, then the colors) — the broadcast then reveals four posters around the room. Read them in broadcast order:

Enter 6539 on the locker and it opens. If the posters do not appear, the signal is not aligned yet — keep adjusting until the picture holds still.

What does the locker unlock?

Inside is the Prescription Dosage Error note — a key item you will place on the clinic scales a few steps later, so do not skip the locker. It is one of the one-time pickups in Arrival: once the story moves on, the pharmacy cannot be replayed without an earlier save.
