SILENT HILL: Townfall Trophy Guide & Platinum Roadmap
All 37 PS5 trophies, 17 missables, a practical platinum route, collectible checklists and links to detailed SILENT HILL: Townfall guides.
Platinum plan at a glance
PS5 has 37 trophies, including 17 missable ones. Plan at least two full runs for the NG+ endings; keep phone saves for collection and ending attempts, and handle Reject The Help on a run without manual saves. The three main endings' scoring is under review, so no kills-minus-Discoveries target is guaranteed.
Planning the list
- Difficulty does not gate any trophy — the roadmap author rates the list 4/10 and says everything can be done on Story difficulty with hinted puzzles (author estimate, not an official promise).
- Estimated time to platinum is 15-25 hours by the same author; treat it as an experienced-player estimate, not a first-playthrough length.
- 17 trophies are missable across one-time-only chapters — bank manual saves at phones before chapter ends so a miss is reloadable, not permanent.
- Some counters accumulate across playthroughs (enemy kills, crafted items, distractions), but the collectible trophies are safest in one careful pass.
Platinum route and save checkpoints
Choose a run goal before making a save. This is our cautious planning route, not a claim that every goal fits into two runs. PowerPyx describes a minimum of two full runs plus partial replays; allow an extra challenge run if you want reliable collection and ending retry saves.
- Run 1 — story + collections: sweep the checklists (documents, phone numbers, CRTV signals, postcards, containers) with frequent phone saves; the missables guide is the discipline for this pass.
- Run 2 — New Game Plus: the Dog and Sci-fi endings, the Axe (location guide), and the Pistol-3000 once one Sci-fi completion is banked. Weapons must be collected again. Recorded postcards and cumulative trophy counters are separate from carried gear; see the NG+ and collectible guides.
- Conflicting goals get their own run: Reject The Help uses the detailed back-out instruction at the opening save prompt, then avoids manual phone saves — incompatible with the save-heavy collecting style above. Autosaves still happen, so it is less fragile than it sounds.
- Counters mop-up: crafts (20), bottle distractions (20), radio distractions (10) and the 30 Widows accumulate across playthroughs — finish them during the NG+ pass instead of detouring on run 1.
| Run goal | Manual saves | Before moving on | Keep separate | Route details |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 · Story and collections | Use phones for retry points. | Finish the current area’s checklist before leaving; keep a save for skill-trophy retries. | Reject The Help forbids this saving plan. | Missable checkpoints |
| 2 · NG+ endings and unlocks | Keep separate branch saves. | Review route prerequisites before leaving Part 4 and before the Chapter 15 clamp sequence. Retain your earlier save. | A branch result depends on its own items and conditions; do not assume one reload guarantees all endings. | Ending evidence and routes |
| 3 · No-manual-save challenge | Back out of the opening save menu; use no manual phone saves. | Know the route first. Autosaves remain available. | Do skill-trophy retries, Cold Calling’s save-number step and ending branch saves on a separate run. | Reject The Help |
| Optional · Four-hour attempt | The speed goal alone does not prohibit saves. | Check timer rules, required puzzles and your chosen ending route before starting. | Only combine it with no manual saves when prepared to follow both restrictions. | Fleeting Visit preparation |
Before using an ending branch save
On a run that allows manual saves, keep a separate save after building the Part 4 gate device, then another before the Chapter 15 clamp-release sequence. These are recovery points described by PowerPyx, not guaranteed ending switches. Follow each ending guide’s prerequisites and keep the earlier slot until the intended result is earned.

Platform scope
Counts differ by platform and are not interchangeable. PlayStation 5 has 37 trophies (1 Platinum, 5 Gold, 9 Silver, 22 Bronze), all offline, with 17 missable per PowerPyx's roadmap. The Epic Games Store version has 36 achievements worth 1,000 XP total (per Epic's official page) — XP and platinum are different metrics, so they are kept separate here. Steam also lists 36 achievements in its official store data, checked 24 September 2026; this does not add a PlayStation Platinum to the Steam list.
Goal map — every PS5 trophy
All 37 PlayStation trophies (1 Platinum, 5 Gold, 9 Silver, 22 Bronze), each with where it is covered: a dedicated guide, a checklist, or a one-line note. Marked trophies are missable in one playthrough.
The Epic Games Store list is a separate metric: 36 achievements worth 1,000 XP in total (official count). Its achievement names are not enumerated on the page we verified, so we do not republish a guessed list.
Collectible trophies — use the checklists
Use these five collection checklists for the associated trophies. Each keeps its own locations and progress notes.
