What is the Records Room code?

2605. The keypad sits on the Records Room door on the ground floor of Chapman Ward in St. Amelia Medical Center. Both of our sources report the same four digits.

Which Records Room is this?

Not the one from Part 1. The Shorefront Family Clinic reception keypad (code 2896) belongs to Part 1 (Arrival) in a different building. This Records Room is inside St. Amelia Medical Center, reached during Part 3 (The Patient) — a different ward, a different code.

Where is the clue for 2605?

The code is written on the “Dailies – Records Room Code” note, pinned to the board left of the computer in the first-floor office of Chapman Ward:

1. From the Records Room keypad on the ground floor, take the staircase (left of Patient Room A) up to the first floor.
2. Head to the northwest corner office, near the Private Ward area.
3. Read the note on the board — the keypad accepts 2605 whether or not you have read the note, but the upstairs office is worth visiting anyway.

What does the Records Room contain?

Inside, a metal cabinet on the left holds 3mg of Hydroxalene — one of the three medicines you must load into the infusion pumps for the ward’s treatment puzzle. The other two medicines are found elsewhere in the medical center; the full walkthrough is on the infusion puzzle page.

Locked doors nearby

Two other doors in the medical center use their own solutions: the surgery room keypad takes 7103 (from the pager), and the blood storage doors open by placing the right blood bags into the transfusion machines — that sequence belongs to the same part and is covered in the puzzles hub as its guide is being verified.
