Official PC requirements — Steam listing
These are the publisher’s requirements returned by the official Steam store API on 24 September 2026, not our benchmark results.
| Component | Minimum | Recommended |
|---|---|---|
| OS | Windows 11, 64-bit | Windows 11, 64-bit |
| CPU | AMD Ryzen 5 3600 / Intel Core i7-8700K | AMD Ryzen 7 5700X / Intel Core i7-9700K |
| Memory | 16 GB RAM | 32 GB RAM |
| GPU | NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER / AMD Radeon RX 6600 | NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 / AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT |
| DirectX | Version 12 | Version 12 |
| Storage | 75 GB available | 75 GB available |
| Audio | Windows-compatible audio device | Windows-compatible audio device |
| Publisher target | Low, 1080p, 30 FPS | High, 4K, 30 FPS with DLSS / FSR / TSR at Balanced |
The 4K target includes upscaling. It is not a claim of native-4K 30 FPS on every listed card. The reference to DLSS, FSR and TSR establishes the publisher’s target wording; it does not identify every available version, frame-generation mode or menu toggle. No Steam Deck FPS, VRAM measurement, shader fix or crash workaround has been reproduced by this site.
If deciding whether your PC meets the listing, compare the CPU, memory and GPU individually, then note the target’s resolution and upscaling condition. Do not treat “recommended” as a promise of a different frame rate. The Steam store page is the place to check later changes. Console accessibility support below is a separate platform-specific list, not a verified PC settings-menu tour.
What languages and controller features are supported?
The Steam listing checked on 24 September 2026 contains 13 language entries: English, French, Italian, German, Spanish (Spain), Spanish (Latin America), Portuguese (Brazil), Polish, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese and Korean. English and Japanese are marked for full audio; do not read the full language list as 13 voice tracks. Steam also lists controller support and Steam Cloud. Neither establishes cross-save with PlayStation or a Steam Deck performance rating.
On PS5, the developers describe 3D audio, DualSense haptics and adaptive triggers. Motion input can fine-tune the CRTV and aiming; the official accessibility list also includes playing without motion and trigger effects. This is a feature overview, not an unverified map of settings-menu paths.
For the acknowledged Steam performance issue, see the dated official update status. For the device in play, see the CRTV guide and official gameplay footage.
What accessibility options does SILENT HILL: Townfall have?
PlayStation’s official game page publishes an Accessibility Features section with 22 features. Every entry below is quoted from that list — this is official feature support, not our measurement, and not a walkthrough of the game’s menus.
The officially listed features

What the official list does and doesn’t tell you
- It states support, not location. The official page does not document the in-game menu names or the path to each toggle, so we can’t print a settings-tree walkthrough — and we won’t invent one from store-style general labels.
- “Basic” is the official tier label. Remapping, stick sensitivity, inversion, difficulty and Visual Comfort are all marked Basic — deeper tiers, if any exist, are not enumerated in the sources we verified (the same gap as on the difficulty settings page).
- Motion controls are the one exception with detail: the developers’ PS5 breakdown confirms the CRTV motion controls “can be adjusted or turned off in the game’s menu options” — see the CRTV guide for what they do in-game.
- Difficulty context: Adjustable Difficulty (Basic) is the official anchor; what each tier changes is covered — and what remains unverified is flagged — on the difficulty page.
- Manual Saving and Game Pausing are listed as accessibility-relevant features; how the phone-based saving works day-to-day is on the save guide.
What we deliberately do not claim
Beyond the publisher targets above, no measured frame-rate comparisons, “best settings” performance recipes or medical claims about motion sickness are supplied here. If PlayStation expands the official accessibility documentation, this page will be updated from it.
What this page rests on
The feature list is quoted from PlayStation’s official game page (read
2026-09-24) with the PS Blog features breakdown (read in full, 2026-09-24)
for the motion-control detail — official sources, so the facts carry
official evidence; the page keeps a source-checked status because menu
paths and deeper option tiers remain unverified.
