What is the security phone puzzle?
Outside the Medical Centre, a security booth window displays a note, and the nearby phone booth lets you call the centre’s security line. Reading the note gives you the number 496 0556; calling it starts a menu where you pick options in order.
What are the menu choices?
Dial 496 0556, then choose 3 → 2 → 2 → 1 through the menu prompts. Once the call completes, the way into the medical centre compound opens.
What has to happen first?
- Read the Medical Security Note on the security booth window — the call and the menu flow assume you have seen it.
- This sequence happens while playing as Zoe in Part 2, after the community gardens and Mr. Stewart’s house segments.
What opens after the call?
The Medical Centre’s back-lot garage door becomes interactable, and the office button next to the phone inside opens the inner gates — from there the route continues into the clinic and beyond. Bank a save at a phone before moving deeper (how saving works).
