What is the organ transport box combination?

956 on the left dial, 133 on the right. The box sits in the kitchen of Zoe’s house (apartment 2A, Shorefront District North). Both of our sources record the same two combinations, each tied to its own clue.

Which box is the organ puzzle?

The “organ box” and “organ puzzle” players mean here is the organ transport cooler in Zoe’s kitchen — a white medical cooler with two combination dials side by side. It is not the clinic’s keypad shutter door, not the pharmacy locker, and not an inventory item you carry: you open it on the spot by setting both dials. If you are standing in front of a single-dial device, you are at a different lock.

Where do the two numbers come from?

Where is Zoe’s “For Attending…” email?

Open the middle of the three emails on Zoe’s computer after restoring power with the Electricard. This is the clue for the left dial. The right dial uses a separate card upstairs; read your own clues if their digits differ from the example below.

Each dial has its own clue inside the apartment, so the puzzle cannot be guessed before you have explored:

Read the email and pick up the card before touching the dials — the puzzle is trivial once both clues are in hand and confusing if neither is.

Both guides read for this page observed 956/133 in their runs; one of them adds that it saw different values (067/244) in another run. No randomization mechanism has been verified — we cannot confirm the dials change between playthroughs, and equally cannot promise they are always 956/133. What is solid is the derivation: read your email and your Organ Transplant Card and set the two numbers they show. The fixed pair here is a verified example, not a guarantee.

What has to happen before the box opens?

The house is dark and partly blocked until you finish two small chains:

1. Flashlight + AA Batteries — the flashlight is in the downstairs drawer left of the organ box; batteries are upstairs in a cabinet drawer. Combine them in the inventory.
2. Power for the computer — grab the Prepaid Power Card from Peters Newsagent, slot it into the power panel, confirm the card credit, then hit the main switch. Zoe’s emails only open after power is restored.

What does the box unlock?

Inside is Zoe’s Lanyard — the key item for the clinic. Scan it at the card reader on the clinic’s exterior shutter to start the clinic reception sequence, which leads on to the pharmacy locker.
