Where is the Axe in SILENT HILL: Townfall?
The Axe is a New Game Plus pickup with two route-dependent spots — grab it on whichever character you are playing:

What unlocks the Axe?
It only exists in a New Game Plus — specifically the run immediately after you complete the game for the first time, with any ending. A first playthrough never spawns it, and it is flagged missable: the storage row and the yard are one-time areas, so if you walk past without picking it up, reload or finish the run and try again in the next NG+. Which trophy does the Axe give?
Picking it up is the “Here’s Simon!” trophy (Bronze) — the reward is the pickup itself, not a kill counter. The Axe is usable in combat by both Simon and Zoe once obtained. It is not required for the game’s other trick throws — those use a brick, the Flare Gun and the pistol (Long-Range Masonry and Pull! cover them).
