What are the infusion pump settings?

For the 88 kg patient (the weight is written on the white board, and the dosage table rates are calibrated to it), set the three pumps to:

Both sources agree on all three numbers, and on the medicine names — the Tensobromide rate is 8 in each, matching the table above.

Where do the three medicines come from?

The two sources agree on the medicines and pump rates but describe the pickup spots with different room names — both descriptions are kept below rather than merged, because the room naming has not been reconciled on screen. All rates are calibrated for the 88 kg patient.

Sweep the ward with the CRTV if a box is not where you expected. The mg amounts above are as reported by each source; Hydroxalene 3mg is the only dose both outlets confirm.

How do I set and start the pumps?

1. Place each syringe into a pump.
2. Select SET RATE, enter that medicine’s number, confirm with the check mark.
3. Select READY PUMP — repeat until all three pumps read ready.
4. Start the sequence at the small control monitor left of the bed.

The puzzle will not start — what now?

• A pump still shows empty — you did not press READY PUMP on it.
• A rate was entered for the wrong medicine — the numbers are per-medicine, not interchangeable.
• You have not collected all three medicines yet: the Records Room (Hydroxalene) is the easiest one to miss.
